1.1Eligibility

To register a bau888 account and use the bau888 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or operating a business account under personal registration.

1.2Registration Information

When creating your bau888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 1.3Account Verification (KYC)

1.4Single Account Policy

1.5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bau888 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bau888 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 2.1Accepted Payment Methods

bau888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh players:

2.2Deposit Limits and Processing

2.4Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your bau888 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bau888 may require full KYC verification before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳20,000.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal if the wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

2.5Currency

All transactions on the bau888 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bau888 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider if a transaction originates from a non-BDT account.

3.1General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

3.2Welcome Bonus

3.3Bonus Abuse

bau888 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place wagers; placing low-risk opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds (arbitrage); and deliberately exploiting errors or loopholes in the bonus system. Where bau888 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, bau888 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and any associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), and pursue recovery of any funds paid out in error.

3.4Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a bau888 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings generated from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while certain slot games may contribute a lower percentage. 4.1Acceptance of Bets

bau888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager placed on the platform at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that the bet was placed in bad faith, in violation of these Terms, or in connection with match fixing, insider information, or any other form of cheating or fraud. The acceptance of a bet does not constitute a guarantee of payout if the bet is subsequently found to have been placed in violation of these Terms.

4.2Odds and Pricing

Sports betting odds published on the bau888 platform are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed by the system. Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference number has been issued, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and will not be adjusted, except in cases of manifest pricing error. Where a manifest pricing error is identified — such as odds materially inconsistent with fair market value — bau888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

4.3Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at bau888's discretion, including during significant match events such as wickets, boundaries, penalties, or other decisive moments. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned. bau888 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds or human error in odds compilation during live markets.

4.4Game Integrity and RNG

All casino, slot, crash, and arcade game outcomes on the bau888 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). bau888 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes. 4.5Disconnection Policy

In the event of a technical disconnection during an active bet or game round, bau888's server logs shall serve as the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection. 7.1Platform Availability

bau888 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. bau888 accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond bau888's reasonable control.

7.2Limitation of Financial Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bau888's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bau888 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bau888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature.

7.3Third-Party Services

The bau888 platform integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and data providers. bau888 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service interruptions of any third-party provider, and any disputes arising from the use of third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.

8.1Termination by bau888

bau888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bau888 reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the bau888 platform or to other players.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the account to be suspended or closed.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bau888 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining real-money balance and void any pending bets, subject to the results of any ongoing investigation.

8.2Voluntary Closure

Players wishing to close their bau888 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding wagering-requirement obligations) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

9.1Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the bau888 complaints procedure (as set out in Section 10 below) shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

9.2Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.1How to Submit a Complaint

10.2Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial complaint resolution, you may request escalation to the bau888 senior compliance team by replying to the original complaint response and clearly stating that you wish to escalate. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days. bau888's decision following escalation review is final and binding, subject to any legal rights you may have.
